Rental Conditions
Policies and agreement
Rentals are based on a 24-hour cycle. Late returns may result in a full-day charge. Early returns don’t qualify for refunds. A valid license and a minimum age of 21 are required. Extensions must be requested in advance. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition and fuel level as received.
A valid driving license is required. Moroccan residents must present a national license. Tourists can use their foreign license or an international one, provided it’s valid and readable in French or English. Minimum driver age is 21.
All rentals include basic insurance covering third-party liability. Additional coverage (such as full damage protection or theft insurance) is available on request. In case of an incident, a police report is required for any claim.
Cars are provided with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same level (same-to-same). Missing fuel may result in a refill charge.
You can cancel your reservation for free if done at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
All rentals include free unlimited kilometers—drive as much as you like, with no extra charges.
